- Remove from heat and cool quickly by plunging the pan into ice water.
- We wash the berries, remove the stalks, finely chop.
- We cut the infused biscuit into small sticks, put them on the bottom of portioned bowls.
- Spread the finely chopped strawberries on top and pour over the juice.

Usually the process of "taking" gelatin lasts about 4 hours, so it's better not to touch our dessert during this time, but for now, start preparing strawberry sauce.
- Half a kilo of peeled strawberries, which we have left, needs to be finely chopped.
- Pour the berries into a saucepan, add vinegar and sugar here. We put the dishes on a slow fire.
- Boil the sauce for 10 minutes, remembering to stir it all the time. Then let the sauce cool down.
- When the creamy part of the dessert has cooled enough, take it out of the refrigerator. To make the jelly easier to separate from the mold, the latter must be doused with boiling water.
